Hi, absolute newcomer here, so excuse if asking stupid thing. I recently was working on making net-im/telegram-desktop building without extra patches on FreeBSD and came to its dependency net-im/tg_owt, started to work on upstreaming patches and realized that the component webrtc is pulled out of chromium project and that www/chromium has a similar patches inside. Looking at this HUGE patches I asked myself why aren't we upstreaming FreeBSD support to Google? Was that tried? Did that fail? What was their answer? Who tried that? -- Gleb Smirnoff
