Company B: No knowlegde of how to run unix servers. Honestly, anybody who considers themselves competent whatsoever at a command line who also pays postini their ridiculous monthly fees, is wasting a considerable amount of money. Amavisd-new has made implementing top-notch virus and spam filtering trivial. Heck, it even has the ability to lookup per-recipient filtering policies and whitelists/blacklists in a mysql database, an absolutely essential component for ISPs.
