For these reasons, while it might be _possible_ to manually gmirror your EFI partitions, I do = not think it is wise. I'm also not aware of it being a supported configuration. However, the real question I have is when were the EFI partitions mirrored?= =20 Did the installer setup the gmirror or did you do it manually? If the installer did it, then it is a bug in the installer that it doesn't use the right device in /etc/fstab.
