You can write your own "NFS mount wrapper" and place it into /usr/local/etc/rc.d; use a template from /etc/rc.d and check the keywords for REQUIRE that you'll need (references to interfaces and maybe routing). Then add a _enable="YES" for your script in /etc/rc.conf and it will be started by the system when the requirements (indicated by keywords) are met.
