The old way!?! where you cd /sys/i386/conf config KERNEL cd ../../compile/KERNEL make depend make Now the kernel is in that dir. 2. The new way!?! cd /usr/src make buildkernel KERNCONF=3DKERNEL Now the kernel is in /usr/obj/usr/src/sys/KERNEL Why is the kernel being build in different places? Which way will be the way "of the future"?
