I don't use the port, I use the stable Jetty6 jar from Mortbay web site.
Also, I don't use the jdk15, I use the latest jdk16 from the ports.
Under decent load, on several servers (FreeBSD 6.2 and 6.3).

Haven't encountered any problems.
