To whom this may concern, I am running a freshly install FreeBSD 6.0, with the new Official Java Binaries released buy FreeBSD and Sun (freebsdfoundation.org click java). On trying to build OO from the ports tree, freshly CVSUP'd as of 40 mins ago. The installtion borked because it was looking for /usr/local/jdk-1.4.2. With the new binaries released by FreeBSD it installs Java at the location of /usr/local/diablo-jdk-1.5.0 I was wondering if their was anyway to circumvent the build to get it to use this new binaries. Java version below. java version "1.5.0" Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build diablo-1.5.0-b00) Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build diablo-1.5.0_06-b00, mixed mode) Thanks.
