Recently had two disk die at exactly the same time ... which 
resulted in a few days' code lost. so i looking around.
in the end, i rewrote my code but i had looked around
and found some resources (seems to be only available
in the US). average costs about US$200/hr... most give
free quotes. Of course, if anyone can give you a personal
reference, probably best to go with them. In case any of
