Still on 13.1-p3 and firefox 111 :-(
Anyway, after a lot of update related to intel graphics, is seem more fluid.
But I'm not able to give you a date where it started to works better.
I'm hoping to have time to upgrade to 13.2 this weekend.

ps: now cpu is at 16-20%, not the best but much better ;)
