I'm doing my first every buildworld stuff, having just grabbed the kernel with cvsup for the first time. It's cool I stumbled across this thread . . . . Where do I get a current /usr/src/UPDATING? The one I have seems to still be the one from when I installed 4.2-RELEASE, so it has directions which are (apparently) obsolete. Wouldn't it make more sense for a kernel "cvsup" to go ahead and update the /usr/src/UPDATING file, since the FreeBSD handbook says to read that for up-to-date directions on building the kernel?
