FreeBSD-13.0-RELEASE-amd64-memstick.img ... had failed to boot on Supermicro X10SRL-F motherboard with c 2015 AMI B= IOS v2.0 both in "UEFI" & "DUAL" modes. Boot sequence was stuck at "EFI framerbuffer information" message. Booted & installed in the third boot mode of "BIOS" (or could have been "LEGACY") mode.
