NEC 8x model 283: seems to work fine. Probe is ok, 16 MByte read ok. This is an improvement over 2.1.5R. Others have reported problems with this drive, possibly using earlier versions of FreeBSD. AZTEC 4x model CDA 468-03ISE: ; Probe reports atapi0.1: unknown phase; 16 MByte read ok. Regards -Arve
