(So the RPi4B firmware found and used the USB3 SSD boot media
to load the U-Boot.)

The first boot had timeouts showing for each of each pxelinux.cfg/*
and it took a lot longer to get to the "Booting bootflow
'usb_mass_storage.lun0.bootdev.part_1' with efi".
