Kernel processes and threads appear to have a start time of 0
(i.e. the epoch).  This should probably be set to the system boot time
instead.  The idle thread accrues run-time when your system is idle
(i.e. as it runs :), so providing your machine has been up for at
least 1301 minutes there's no problem there.
