I run a public-access system, and always like to keep an eye on the system log. The machine has a VGA (which spends all of its time in text mode so as not to bog down the dial-ins), and I have an old Hercules mono card handy. Would it be possible to set up a mono monitor to receive log messages, so that I can use the VGA console for other work and glance over occasionally as log messages appear? I'm sure that this is possible, but I'm not sure that the code is in place to do it. --Brett
