Yep.

It's not a laptop, but the NIC is an on-board one.  There's definitely
something funny going on though.  PCI reports in dmesg that this
device is:

    pci2: <ACPI PCI bus> on pcib3
    pci2: physical bus=2
    found-> vendor=0x10ec, dev=0x8168, revid=0x01

but the text stamped on the chip is:

    RTL8111B
    58296S1 G535B
