well, without seeing what's on the router as info and your computer :( my
tip will be to start pinging every 60 seconds your router and use ppp
-ddial option. 
one more thing ( hard to explain again ;-) is that you might have problems
with the speed. 
i don't know if they have a profile on the router for you or not, or they
do radius verification or not :( but in any case there's a log file and
you can ask them to monitor the connection ( yours) and after you lost the
link, they'll have in the log file error code ;-) after that is simple.
according to the error code they should give you an explaination what's
cause the disconecction. I hope this will help.
