get (just to give you a little english help :) )
There are two "types" of drivers. Your basic driver is is included with
FreeBSD and will give you text.
The "advanced" driver is from http://www.xfree86.org/. Check if they
support tnt2 yet. (IIRC, they will when XF86 4.0 comes out.

I can't help much here. It might be helpful if you looked at the log atd
gave us the error messages.
