They don't build anyway, so it's not like there's much cause for worry
right now. :-)

beast# cd /sys/alpha/conf   
beast# config GENERIC

         make clean && make depend
before recompiling

The world doesn't build yet either due to the nlist problems, so I'd
say that FreeBSD/alpha is still a little ways from self-hosting
status.
