Curiously enough, SpamAssassin gives all caps subject lines a score of -0.1 --- ie. it counts slightly against the decision to categorise a message as spam. SpamAssassin is in ports: mail/p5-Mail-SpamAssassin and mail/spamass-milter. I'm already tempted to recommend unreservededly, but as I just installed it a couple of days ago, that would probably be a little premature.
