Just a short summary to the list, since this is way off topic. The compiler isn't available outside of Intel (to the best of my knowledge). It requires a VLIW architecture. Intel spent a bunch of money on Multiflow, and this compiler was probably the only thing of value to them, so it will never be free. And, yes, it did f77.
