I tried building this tonight and ran into a problem with
variables in the Makefile getting confused somehow.

 >> kdevelop-_for_KDE_3.0.tar.bz2 is not in
/usr/ports/devel/kdevelop/distinfo.
 >> Either /usr/ports/devel/kdevelop/distinfo is out of date, or
 >> kdevelop-_for_KDE_3.0.tar.bz2 is spelled incorrectly.
*** Error code 1

here's how I worked around it.

diff Makefile.orig Makefile
9c9
< PORTVERSION=  ${KDE_VERSION:S/3.0/2.1/g}
---
 > PORTVERSION=  2.1.2
