Ilia:

I'm not 100% clear on what you are trying to do here - /etc/fstab is used to
specify what filesystems are mounted and their mountpoints.

Perhaps you wish to make the contents of /null available in /crypt? If so
what you probably need is a symbolic link:

ln -s /null /crypt
