HI there... thanks for the reply... I found out that there is a glitch in
the configure script... thanks to Adrian Wontroba <aw1@stade.co.uk> who
wrote a patch and some persistance I got it working...

Apparently the configure script looks in the wrong location for the TCL
library.. which I had already installed successfully...:)
