Do you have any ideas? Yes, the xorg-libraries Makefile tests that you have set XORG_UPGRADE and will abort if you haven't. If XORG_UPGRADE is set then it isn't possible for this error to be seen. The point of the test is make sure that no-one upgrades xorg without reading UPDATING.
