ear all, I copied a kernel from one PC to mine but now, my PC does not want to reboot and I cannot login anymore as root in order to repair. Could you be king enough to tell me how to proceed to be able repair that problem? For the moment, I have put the FreeBSD4.0 boot disk but after some time, the prompt is asking for a MSF disk: are you aware about that? Thank you very much in advance for your help, Regards, Francois -- ______________________ Francois Duthilleul \ / _________________________________________\ /______ Access to Networks Department \ / Optical Access \ ALCATEL / Tel: +32-3-240.85.04 Corporate Research Center Fax: +32-3-240.99.32 Francis Wellesplein 1 - DO9 mailto:francois.duthilleul@alcatel.be B-2018 Antwerpen, Belgium ________________________________________________\ /_____________ \ / \/ Visit our Alcatel Intranet web site: http://www.rc.bel.alcatel.be/projects/AccessToNetworks2/FTTH To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
