Hello,
 

 
I tested 13-RELEASE, 13-STABLE and CURRENT on a Raspberry PI Compute Module 4 and got kernel panic on boot with every version tested.
 

 
There's something wrong with rman and libdevinfo, see attached patch and dmesg.
 

 
Another way to avoid the kernel panic is to add :
 
devmatch_enable="NO"
 
in :
 
/etc/rc.conf
