I tracked down the cause of the issue to contrib/jemalloc/include/jemalloc/internal/jemalloc_internal.h line 214. So possible workaround could be replacing this line to #if defined(JEMALLOC_DEBUG) || defined(__mips__) Ugly, yes, but good enough as a band-aid until we figure out what to do with the real issue
