The error looks like a warning about the changing of the sender, which shouldn't happen (at least I haven't seen it happening on any FBSD install I've done). Are you using a sendmail replacement or have you done any hacks to it ? Without further thought, I'd guess that the user that majordomo is running as is not set to be a trusted user by your MTA.
