I don't think I will go quite that far -- I think we need some kind of
FAQ for the very general issues ("how do I get FreeBSD", "what is the
current version", ...)  But "I can't get my FazzBuTron 2000 to work"
doesn't belong in there.  OTOH right now we don't have any canonical
place for that stuff.  (The Wiki did not take off like I had hoped).
