This fixes the 'hanging' enter-key.

However, after the system boots multiuser I have xdm running. The first
key I hit on the keyboard, one additional enter seems to be generated.
To clarify: when I type in the first character of my username, xdm
immeditately tells me to enter my password. This happens only once though,
so the current version is perfectly useable. I also no longer have to
set hw.usb.no_boot_wait to 1.
