It's usually inconvenient to first create obj tree for each program, or to remove the old one - what seems more appropriate here is that 'make clean' would also remove the old .depend, wherever they are at the moment (i.e. either in obj tree or in src tree). > The best way to clean things is to delete the obj tree.
