Perhaps, it was from old port? Or, need to bump the PORTREVISION if you have the up to date? - /usr/X11R6/etc/gtk-2.0/*, same comment as above gtkmm-2.0.. I didn't check on others, but so far looks like you have out of date packages installed, need to bump the PORTREVISION or something else.
