OK, some of these might need more than just s/vn/md/ so I think I'll
have to leave them for someone who knows more about the differences...

There still are vn/vnconfig manual pages, they just link to the
md/mdconfig manual pages, so these references aren't "broken", as such.
But should still be fixed...
