I have a bge card, that's identified as: bge0: mem 0xfe8f0000-0xfe8fffff irq 16 at device 0.0 on pci2 According to http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12131_div/12131_div.HTML, the BCM5751 support jumbo frames up to 9Kb. However, when I try to increase the MTU on the card even by a little bit, I get: root@mi:/misha/mi (122) ifconfig bge0 mtu 1501 ifconfig: ioctl (set mtu): Invalid argument Is the hardware lacking the capability, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks! -mi
