hi

i want to upgrade my box from 3.0 rel to 3.1 stable. can i run
'/stand/sysinstall' and then 'Upgrade' option to ugrade my system? 
......or i ll face later probs after rebooting the box? 
in case i cant, can you explain what the need of 'Upgrade' option?
