Sorry, but there's no such thing as a "packet driver" for FreeBSD.  A packet
driver is a piece of DOS TSR software that sits on a software interrupt,
providing an API to a piece of hardware.  Perhaps you mean "Is there a
radio driver for FreeBSD" ?
