Any takers yet? I've got an E3500 that I think I can wrangle that has all of what you're describing. We're an ISP so the remote console and power are already set up and would just need to be segmented off from the rest of the production systems, and we've got a couple of DS3s out so there shouldn't be a problem with bandwidth. Possible roadblock: I don't have sparc64 installed on it yet, and I know that it's not fully supported.
