I'm not sure why bsdmall.com is not answering your emails! 

We are FreeBSD Mall, many customers are confused by them.

Please advise me what to do.
I placed an online order on bsdmall.com on october 8th. I
just wondering about my order status (was it on the way to
me, or still pending, or what ?). So i sent an email to the
same email address from which i have received the order
confirmation. 
After repeated mail sendings with mailer daemon errors, i
start to thing about a big hoax where i am the one who lose
:( Please tell me what are my chances to reseive the
package or the money back. If there are any chances.
