Let me tell you where I i'm (with FreeBSD) I have installed freebsd. and login into my system for the first time as root(root/password). now it writes something like: bash$ (I have seen your paper for newbies..so I know the unix-commands) But: I wanna use a Xwin ,like KDE or ICE. Can you tell me how I run it after installing from walnut creek cdrom. (I wanna use it as a workstation with Koffice or WP8) -Somebody told me I have to make some files somewhere (I think they wrote something like .xclients....but how?where?) -as A total newbie.....and new to unix So please Tell me step by step..... I hope you can help me....and maybe point me in the right way... your friend to the end...
