This is not necessarily the correct change.  More often than not, the
correct change is to not include <netinet/if_ether.h> at all and start
including <net/ethernet.h>.  Unless you are groveling around in kernel
memory poking at interface structures, there is nothing in
<net/if_var.h> that is of any value to most user programs.
