Hi folks I posted a question earlier this week about FreeBSD kernel bridging no answer so I will try again. Can I safely run a stable kernel bridging with freeBSD? The setup I have is: ----[router]---[fxp1 fxp0]----[hub]----[LAN] Fbsd firewall options BRIDGE in kernel sysctl -w net.link.ether.bridge=1 in a startup script The machine simply hungs-up after running for 3hrs to 3 days! I am running FreeBSD3.3-RELEASE and ipfilter3.3.1 Thanks Dan To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
