That sounds very interesting of course, but would you care to give a
summary of how it is implemented, in order to understand at what level
does it work (socket ? TCP ? IP? ethernet ?), what is the impact
of kernel mods, the complexity and scalability, the granularity of
the shaper...

I have tried to browse your documentation but there is no
indication on the above.
