            Bug ID: 261139
           Summary: openssl quic
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: doctor@doctor.nl2k.ab.ca

There is a version of openssl 1.1.1m and quic which would help the current
situation. I also love Openssl 3 but a many of the servers and languages a=
re
not openssl 3 compliant yet. Also Apple OS X reacts nastily to openssl 3 as=
 a
server. let us port openssl 1.1.m + quic . I am working with Openssl to
convince them to merge the quic patches as mainstream.
