I triggered the KASSERT on a different machine in the last hour.

panic: Assertion (vp) !=NULL && (vp)->v_data != NULL failed at 
@/fs/tmpfs/tmpfs.h:527

The bad news is my coworker rebooted that machine after panic :-(
