IRQ 15 is normally reserved for the second IDE controller.  If you have
a modern motherboard, you may have a second IDE controller and you
might not have an drives hooked up to it.  If so, go into the BIOS and
disable the Secondary IDE controller.
Unix systems measure "uptime" in years, Winblows measures it in minutes.
