Errr.. I just looked at the port's Makefile.  It needs WITH_CDROM defined,
but does not pay any attention to its value; it wants the CD mountpoint
to be defined in the CD_MOUNTPT variable.

Try
  make -DWITH_CDROM CD_MOUNTPT=/cdrom all
