Portupgrade is first built and installed on the first machine.
Then it is NFS mounted on the second machine and
'make reinstall'. No error during the reinstall.
However, the reinstalled portupgrade does not run properly, and
the following error occurs:
# portupgrade
/usr/local/sbin/portupgrade:34:in `require': No such file to load -- optparse (LoadError)
from /usr/local/sbin/portupgrade:34
