The figure for "2. Installing VirtualBox" shows VirtualBox 5.1.22. 
Looking at that URL today, I see VirtualBox 6.1.38.  I assume you 
installed the current version.

Many newer machines do not have an optical drive, and USB flash drives 
have much faster access times, so I use "memstick.img":

FreeBSD-13.1-RELEASE-amd64-memstick.img.xz
