bisdn was never in the tree in any shape. What was there was based on
ii.0.1, bisdn is based on ii0.2. The isdn support was also never a port;
it was under /sys/gnu and /usr/src/gnu.

IIRC bisdn was included as an experimental package with 2.1.5. This
version is now outdated.

At the moment there's no isdn support in the FreeBSD release.
